Eve's desperate when she obtains a job at the club that will change her life. But, she's not a submissive, will never submit to a man after having grown up with a father who took, took, and took from her. She might find herself playing a game of sorts with the owner, Chadwick, but she will never, ever submit to him. Or will she?

Chadwick is not known for his loving personality. No, he's a controlling man, in and out of the bedroom. Eve's sass calls to him, demanding to be tamed. Will she ever submit to him?

First, I have to be honest and say that I think I wasn't really in the right frame of mind for BDSM when I read this, so take my review as you will. I found myself irritated to no end by Chadwick's controlling personality. He felt like a standard issue Dom, with no life to his personality, no substance, nothing to make him stand out from every other Dom that litters the genre. Every time he treated Eve coldly, I just rolled my eyes and wanted her to defy him for good and really leave. So why was I able to give this 4 stars and not lower as I first thought of rating it? Well, because I really liked Eve's personality. Now she had substance and depth and was interesting, and grew a ton during the short time period. So she alone was the reason for the high rating. If not for her, if I rated it on Chadwick and the less than entertaining (to me) storyline, I for sure would have rated this a lot lower.
