MY REVIEW

Kenna has been burned badly by taking a chance, so since then she's gone the safe route. Then she meets Crosby, a man who craves his freedom with no strings. She gets under his skin, and he drives her nuts. Sounds like the beginnings of the perfect opposites attract romance. But, things will not be that simple, because not only are there people who don't want them together, people who want something Kenna has, but Crosy's fear of being tied down is practically psychopathic in nature, and pushing Kenna away is a given. What will Kenna do then? Walk away with her heart in tatters, looking for a place to shelter until she can emerge again? Or will Crosby come to an epiphany on his own?

Dang....Perfect Wreckage hurt my heart a little. Kenna and Crosby both had so much baggage, and it was painful reading as that baggage took its toll on both of them, on their budding relationship. I just knew they had a bright, happy future somewhere on the horizon, but getting there was a bitch quite honestly. But, as is the usual with Catherine Cowles' writing, I loved it. I loved them, I loved the people around them who loved them, and I cannot wait for more of this world she has created.
