Review of Her Submission (Dirtier Duet Book 2) by Lisa Renee Jones HER SUBMISSION There is a lot going on when Her Submission picks up. Abbie now is going to have to trust Gabe, Reese, Walker Security, and the family who's welcomed her with open arms to get her through this. And what of her mother? Can she protect her too? Whew, this was a whirlwind of chaos and moving parts. Abbie and Gabe fall deeper for each other, even as they learn to lean on each other and fully trust each other. They both have a lot of baggage, particularly Gabe, and the harder they fall for each other, the more they'll learn to let go of that baggage and trust the other will still be there when all is said and done. Gabe may not be my favorite hero of this author's, but he's a wonderful character in his own right - complex, fiercely devoted, and alpha to his core, with a huge heart. I don't feel I quite connected to Abbie as much as I did to Gabe, but I still really liked her and...

Review of His Demand (Dirtier Duet Book 1) by Lisa Renee Jones HIS DEMAND Finally, Gabe's story! He takes one look at Abbie and he's a goner. He has to have her. But, she disappears on him for awhile. Then he finds her again when she seeks legal counsel, and the chase is on! I FLOVED this first part of Gabe and Abbie's story. It's seriously hot, and Gabe and Abbie are an interesting, likable couple. There is lots going on here, though, so don't go into it thinking it's some piece of legal love fluff, because it's not fluff at all. It's substantial and Gabe especially is very layered and deep.
