Review: Dreams of 18 by Saffron A. Kent DREAMS OF 18 Violet is different. She's kinda quirky and a bit anti-social and she is "...a lover of bad things." So it should have come as no surprise that on her 18th birthday, she kissed her best friend's dad, a man 17 years her senior. And caused bad things to happen to her best friend and his dad, and herself. But once Violet gets it in her head to go find Mr. Edwards and apologize, nothing will stand in her way of doing so. Nothing. Not even when the man she's in love with seems to hate her. Hmmm...I'm sorta on the fence about Dreams of 18. On one hand, I like that Violet is different and quirky. On the other hand, her being that way only served to make her seem all the less mature than Graham, making their age gap less interesting and more kinda icky. I can't say that I liked Graham all that much but then after awhile I didn't like Violet either. The story itself is good, though, and I'm all...
