Review/Release Blitz: Chase The Butterflies by Monica James

CHASE THE BUTTERFLIES Monica James “Victoria, will you marry me?” Those words changed my life forever…just not in the way it would for most. I had it all until one fateful evening transformed my life in ways I never imagined. Nine months later, I move to a sleepy little town, hoping to escape the demons of my past. As I attempt to claim back my life, Jude Montgomery enters my world, and things begin to change. I thought running would appease the nightmares, but I soon discover my past won’t let go. Things are not what they seem, and I begin to question the world as I know it. Jude may hold the answers, but will my love for him blind me to the truth? Does the flap of a butterfly’s wings in Brazil set off a tornado in Texas? In my case, yes, it does. Will the truth set me free? Or will it imprison us both? My name is Victoria Armstrong, and this is my story…I think. “With heart and heat and a depth we adore for in our favorite reads, James has penned an absolutely stunnin...

Review: Always With You (Indigo Book 3) by Kate McBrien

Review of Always With You (Indigo Book 3) by Kate McBrien The Varangian Cross is about to reunite with its true owners and complete the circle of Justin and Lucy's love. They're on Santorini, meeting with a wise woman named Sophia, who just may be able to give them some answers about the nightmares they both keep having, and what, if any, their connection is to the cross. Will the answers they receive give them peace? Will they ever be able to move forward with their lives? I really liked this conclusion to Justin and Lucy's story. The mystical/fantastical element is again present, weaving seamlessly with their present life together. I enjoyed the backstory, their past lives and how they kept missing being together in their pasts. One thing, though, I do wish more of their past lives had been detailed. They were talked about a bit, but not really detailed except for the big reveal with the couple that originally owned the cross. But aside from that one little thing,...

Review: Waiting for You by Kate McBrien

Review of Waiting for You by Kate McBrien Justin and Lucy are apart, but for how long? Lucy's staying with her parents, but knows she needs to get out and start living her life again. But when she gets a chance to go to London, it just may be her chance to reunite with the man whose soul has been entwined with hers for centuries upon centuries. But first, our two fated lovers will have to not only reunite, but stay together, beat the odds and the people and/or forces who are trying to keep them apart. Waiting for You is a great followup to Discovering You. Justin and Lucy's story is exciting and passionate, and the mystical/fantasy/paranormal aspect just adds another interesting layer to their already wonderful connection. I normally don't read a lot of paranormal/fantasy/sci-fi romance anymore, but I loved it here in Waiting for You. It's subtle, but ever present and as I said, just makes their story all the more intriguing. I can't wait for the conclusio...
