Review of Draw You In: A Cape Van Buren Novella by MK Meredith
Sage wants to preserve her grandfather's legacy - his newspaper. Parker wants to prove to his grandfather that he's the wunderkind everyone else says he is. Can these two make it work when his "saving" does exactly what Sage doesn't want - destroy her grandfather's legacy?
I have to admit that while cute, Draw You In bored me to tears. I felt absolutely no connection with or between Parker and Sage. It may have been because this is part of a series that I've never read before, or it just might be that the novella length prevented the characters and the relationship from developing at an organic, natural pace. Either way, I was bored with this novella. I didn't hate it or anything, and it's not terribly written, it's just meh for my tastes. So 3 stars seems fair.
