Review of Forever Theirs by Katee Robert

Meg is not anywhere close to making her tuition payment. She knows she's going to have put school off again because she just cannot seem to get ahead and save enough. But then Theo waltzes back into her life. Theo. The man with whom Meg and Theo's best friend and bodyguard, Galen, she had a hot one night stand with months ago. The man (men) she cannot get out of her mind. The man (men) she can't have. A dirt poor woman like her has no chance with a designer clad exiled prince, at least not to her way of thinking. But, Theo thinks otherwise. So when she pushes him away he does the one thing he can think of to help her out, to possibly keep her in his and Galen's lives - anonymously pay her tuition.
Of course Meg's pissed because really? And it's the one thing that will ultimately endanger her life, well that, and sleeping with Theo again after she yells at him for paying her tuition. Because there are people who are after Theo and how better to get to him than to send a message through his weakness? The weakness they only found because Theo made her tuition payment in his real name. Oops.
Then of course Galen waltzes, more like prowls, back into Meg's life because he's never far from Theo, his best friend and lover. He wants Meg as much as Theo does, but he knows he can't have her, shouldn't have her. But the heart (and body) wants what the heart wants so the three fall into their old routine and it's super, super hot. But, I was cringing a little because Theo and Galen, especially Theo, were completely selfish. They knew better than to get involved with Meg again because of the danger it would pose to her, but they just couldn't think with anything other than their little heads so they potentially put her life on the line. So yeah, I didn't like Theo and Galen, but I did like Meg, and the story itself. It's well-written and really sexy. And there's a sequel coming so I feel better knowing the relationship will be more fully developed with another story in the works.
