Review of His Tempting Love (Cuffs and Spurs Book 5) by Anya Summers

Widowed mother, Cora, moves to Jackson Hole to be near her cousin, Spencer. Yes, the same Spencer who runs Cuffs and Spurs. And it's at this club she meets hot Dom, Garrett. There's an immediate attraction between hotelier Jackson and waitress Cora, so much so that she agrees to do a scene with him at the club. But she runs out soon after, and all Garrett is left with are his memories and fantasies of the beautiful woman who just gave him the best sex of his life.

When Cora walks into his hotel for a yoga instructor interview the next morning, will this be their second chance to act on their obvious attraction? Or will Cora's obvious reluctance at letting him know she's a single mother get in the way? Not if Garrett has anything to say about it! But there just may be more obstacles than Cora's single mother status or her widowhood or even her reluctance. When Garrett's past comes back to haunt him in a huge way, it will have the possibility of tearing them apart forever.

I really liked this installment of the Cuffs & Spurs series. Cora and Garrett are a great couple, definitely my favorite in this series so far. Their attraction is seriously hot, and I love how determined Garrett was to be in both Cora and Milo's lives. It was great to see the secondary cast too, such as Spencer and Jackson. I'd love to get both their stories soon!

Coming back to my small Wyoming hometown was supposed to be temporary. I only planned to stay long enough to help my ailing mother and sort through the mess of my family’s old belongings. Instead, I somehow ended up living in Evan Ricci’s house. The single dad now owned a bunch of properties and one of them was the place I’d rented. He’d taken it off the market and moved in before I got there. I just never got the memo. Unfortunately, there was no other place in town available, so Evan let me stay. Evan—the guy my parents took in years a...

You TV series

Wow, hubby and I watched You on Lifetime last night. It was creepy and suspenseful. Hubby likened it to Dexter , and I have to agree. Penn Badgley was on point - creepy, stalkery, but fascinating. I didn't think too much of Elizabeth Lail's acting, but I'm not sure if it was just that her character was bland, or if it was truly bad acting. Can't wait for next week!
