HOW TO LOSE A FIANCÉ

Sophia doesn't want to be controlled by men any longer, so when the man who's controlled her her entire life, her father, tells her she's to marry a Greek billionaire, in order to benefit her father, rather than herself, she's furious. So she determines she's going to do everything she can to make herself unwanted by her soon to be new "husband."


Dion is determined to buy his father's company and tear it apart. The father who abandoned him. So when his latest deal puts him closer to that end, he'll go along with it even if it means he has to get married to close that deal. He figures he can let her down easily, and everything will go back to normal. But then Sophia happens. She's nothing like he had expected. She's not trying to marry the billionaire, or seduce him the way women tend to do. She intrigues him and he wants her even though it's obvious she isn't into him. Or is she?


It was fun reading of Sophia's attempts to throw Dion off. And it was even more fun reading how they fell in love. How to Lose a Fiancé was more than I had expected. It's deeper, more interesting, and Sophia and Dion have surprising layers. Yes, it was a rom-com, but it wasn't fluff, it was a sexy romance with heart and depth.
