And what if the only people who could help you were people that were sworn enemies of your father? Ivy Randall faces these challenges and many more in the midst of the world as she knows it falling apart around her.
Erika Blount is a romance author from Louisiana who is slowly branching into new genres. She is a lover of all things written and lives to travel vicariously through books, both her own and anyone else’s. She’s a bartender by trade, but nothing is as fulfilling as being behind a keyboard. She procrastinates on writing with her trusty side-kick Buddy the Wondermutt who is always at her feet and her boyfriend, Spanky, always looming nearby.

Teri Glascock is a new author from Louisiana. She is wife and mom to six kiddos. She runs a decorated cookie gig from her home that takes up a lot of her time. She reads and writes to escape the monotony of everyday life and to chase her lifelong dream of writing. When she isn’t working on cookies or busy mommin’, you can find her in the peaceful paradise that is her front porch of her country-living home. She enjoys hunting, fishing, reading, and tending to her flowers. Her life is a simple chaos and she wouldn’t have it any other way.

Review: One Little Lie by Whitney Barbetti

Review of One Little Lie by Whitney Barbetti ONE LITTLE LIE Hollis is a good girl with a crush on a broody musician. Unfortunately, that boy, Adam, hates her. Why? Because the chip on his shoulder leaves him thinking good girl, rich girl Hollis is a lemming like everyone else in their small town. Which makes it even more unfortunate when years after their high school encounter, Hollis' best friend tries to stick up for her and ends up telling her parents that Adam is the the boyfriend Hollis doesn't actually have. Oops. How will Hollis ever convince Adam to go along with her little lie? I really liked One Little Lie. Hollis is a really naive girl, but she has such a huge heart that I couldn't help but fall in love with her spirit. She's so sweet, so compassionate, the kind of person this world needs more of. Adam, on the other hand, eh, he didn't do much for me. His chip on the shoulder, broody asshole attitude did nothing to endear me to him, but because H...

He’d taken it off the market and moved in before I got there. I just never got the memo. Unfortunately, there was no other place in town available, so Evan let me stay. Evan—the guy my parents took in years a...
