All work and no play is no way to enjoy this cruise.
Executive Director Grace Kim figures this reunion with her college friends is the perfect excuse to prove that she knows how to keep work/life balance and enjoy the Caribbean, preferably with her pants intact.
Rich, sexy, brilliant Bryan Wu has an app for that, and he charms Grace into helping him test it. He offers seven days of the best vacation of her life (bonus, sizzling chemistry) before they return to reality, but he didn't anticipate just how much of his heart he'd give her.
When an accidental error results in a humiliating video of her online, Grace must salvage her career and decide whether to erase Bryan from her memory forever or admit they brought out the best in each other.

MY REVIEW
Uptight, Type A Grace is stuck on what she thought was going to be a regular luxury cruise with her friends. Instead, it's a singles cruise and Grace is not looking forward to it. She needs to use the time trying to figure out how to get the promotion she's hoping for, not help the gorgeous app developer she literally just ran into. But somehow the charmer has conned her into helping him, and after lots of time, they embark on a fling. What happens when it's time to disembark, though? Go back to their separate lives never to see each other again?

I'm so upset to say this, as I was really looking forward to this one, being that it's about an Asian couple, but Gaming Grace just did not work for me. For one, it's wayyyy too slow burn for my tastes. For two, I just did not feel the chemistry or the connection between these two seriously opposite people. And three? I didn't like Grace, at all. Sigh...still, others may end up liking this one so take my words with a grain of salt if you wish.

Review: Winter Interlude: An American Revolutionary Novelette (American Revolutionary Tales 2) by Regina Kammer

Review of Winter Interlude: An American Revolutionary Novelette by Regina Kammer Captain Samuel Taylor and Lieutenant Patrick Hamilton recall their first steamy encounter, which was a MFM threesome in a brothel. It morphed into more and now the two are contemplating their futures with the women they love, and their futures with each other. If you think times are hard for the LGBT community now, think of how hard they were during the American Revolution. Winter Interlude is well developed, which is surprising given its short length. I am so interested in knowing what is to become of Samuel and Patrick's forbidden relationship. Do they stay together? Or do they go their separate ways, and live out their lives with their women? Now that they've admitted their love for each other, how impossible would it be for them to be without each other? I have to know, now! If you like MM fiction and/or historical fiction, I highly recommend you give Winter Interlude a read. It...
