filthy little pretties
Donovan Kennedy is the girl dreams are made of.
Five years ago, she was our best friend.
Our moral compass.
The girl that held our hands everywhere we went.
The three of us were young. Innocent.
Nothing could touch us — not even heartache.
That was then.
Now she’s back. All grown up.
With red lips and long legs — a challenge waiting to be accepted. A prize that’ll turn our world upside down.
Brothers turned to enemies.
Friendships decimated.
Lies told.
Hearts torn apart.
We never expected to fall for the girl.
In the end, she’ll only choose one —Me.

MY REVIEW
Donovan (Van), Liam and Grey have been a threesome of best friends since they were kids. But now they're being torn apart because Van has to move away with her family. Before she leaves, Grey makes her a promise - "First. Last. And only." meaning first friends, the last boys she'd ever love, and our only family. Will the three maintain that closeness once she leaves? What happens if she comes back years later and things are different? But the same too?

What Van comes back to is pure chaos. Dirty chaos as she tries to navigate high school, mean girls, and taking back her best friends. Only she loves one of them as more than a friend. The question is, will he make her choose between the two boys she loves most? Or can they maintain their threesome of best friends AND her in love and together with one of them?

Damn but this is one crazy ass story. There's love and pain and secrets and lots of filthy lust. I won't say which boy I favored or whether Van chose the one I wanted, but I will say the one I didn't favor is a dick and the other is a sweetheart. Van certainly had her work cut out for her being in a friendship with those two!

About Trilina
Trilina is an author, wife, and mama to three rowdy kiddos. When she isn't making grilled cheese sandwiches, she can be found writing saucy novels that titillate and excite her readers.

Pucci’s journey started impulsively. She wanted to check off a box on her bucket list. But what began as fulfillment has become incredibly fulfilling. And now she can’t see her life without her characters, her readers and this community.

She currently resides in Northern California with her Italian stallion and her feral children, where the days are slow and easy and wine pours are heavy. (just kidding…maybe)

Review: One Little Lie by Whitney Barbetti

Review of One Little Lie by Whitney Barbetti ONE LITTLE LIE Hollis is a good girl with a crush on a broody musician. Unfortunately, that boy, Adam, hates her. Why? Because the chip on his shoulder leaves him thinking good girl, rich girl Hollis is a lemming like everyone else in their small town. Which makes it even more unfortunate when years after their high school encounter, Hollis' best friend tries to stick up for her and ends up telling her parents that Adam is the the boyfriend Hollis doesn't actually have. Oops. How will Hollis ever convince Adam to go along with her little lie? I really liked One Little Lie. Hollis is a really naive girl, but she has such a huge heart that I couldn't help but fall in love with her spirit. She's so sweet, so compassionate, the kind of person this world needs more of. Adam, on the other hand, eh, he didn't do much for me. His chip on the shoulder, broody asshole attitude did nothing to endear me to him, but because H...
