Look, she started it—twice! Once at the car repair shop when she wouldn’t stop staring at me. That’s right, I noticed. It wasn’t by any means subtle. And once again when she backed her cute, perky a** into me in sync to some girl group tune blaring on the radio. Sure, she didn’t know I was there that time—probably. But in my defense, the bakery was still open. So really, you can’t blame me for that one either.

Both times, her cheeks flushed the most curious shade of pink I have ever seen. And I can’t help but wonder if that blush creeps further south, if you catch my drift. Now I can’t stop thinking all the naughty thoughts that run through my mind whenever she’s around and I really have to—no seriously, I HAVE TO! Turns out she’s my new student’s mother.

Imagine my surprise when that same woman who I can’t seem to get off my mind showed up in my Chemistry class and presented me with an offer my big heart couldn’t refuse—to tutor her son.

I know, I know. I’m supposed to be tutoring her son...so then why does it feel like I’m the one being schooled in Chemistry?
