Blair is trying to escape her life when she crash lands in the small town of Bellamy Creek. Griffin's a man with rules to keep his heart protected. When he catches sweet Blair trying to sleep in her broken down car, that big heart (that he tries to hide) of his will not allow her to sleep there, so offers her up a place to stay. Their attraction may make their new roommate status a bit tricky, though. One of Griffin's rules is he doesn't do the intimacy of having women sleep over, nor does he sleep over with women. So starting something with his new roommate is not a good idea, for the state of his mind and heart. Is what they start developing, casual? Or it serious enough to break Blair's heart when Griffin can't admit the depth of his feelings?

I loved this small town romance. It has everything - intense chemistry, lovable leads, quirky secondary characters, and a charming, fun town full of meddling but good-intentioned people.
