MY REVIEW
Nolan is the last person Gabi expected to become friends with. He's a fashionable billionaire playboy and she's just Gabi, hockey player extraordinaire who could care less about fashion, but deeply cares about the kids she coaches, and where her career is heading now that she's retired professionally. As the two frenemies become more friend than enemy an attraction burns between them. But can these two opposites possibly make a relationship work when she might be leaving for a new job, and he's very definitely sticking around trying to prove himself at the family's legacy corporation?

I adored this twist on the billionaire/sports romance. I love that Gabi is the athlete and Nolan is the metro fasionista. And I love that the slow burn turns hot at the right time and burns hot enough to melt the ice in Gabi's rink. Sports and romance is certainly done right in this frenemies to lovers slow burn romance.

Review of Winter Interlude: An American Revolutionary Novelette by Regina Kammer Captain Samuel Taylor and Lieutenant Patrick Hamilton recall their first steamy encounter, which was a MFM threesome in a brothel. It morphed into more and now the two are contemplating their futures with the women they love, and their futures with each other. If you think times are hard for the LGBT community now, think of how hard they were during the American Revolution. Winter Interlude is well developed, which is surprising given its short length. I am so interested in knowing what is to become of Samuel and Patrick's forbidden relationship. Do they stay together? Or do they go their separate ways, and live out their lives with their women? Now that they've admitted their love for each other, how impossible would it be for them to be without each other? I have to know, now!
