A friends-to-lovers romance that will make you melt.
Gimme S’more, an all-new must-read workplace romantic comedy standalone in the Hot Cakes Series by New York Times bestselling author Erin Nicholas is available now!
Oliver’s a dreamer who is always ready for the next big adventure.
Piper’s the steady one who keeps his feet on the ground.

He’s wildly successful, thanks to her always being there to catch him when he leaps before he looks. But she wants more. While he’s as clueless as ever.

So she just gave her two weeks notice.

Ollie doesn’t know how he’ll survive without Piper. So for the next two weeks, he’ll be sticking to her like the marshmallows on the s’mores she loves so much.

But does he want her as his assistant... or is there a sweeter spot in his life for the woman who's always had his back--and possibly even his heart?

MY REVIEW
Piper's in love with one of her bosses, Ollie. He, in turn, is not in love with her. She's felt this way for two years, and he doesn't see her beyond being his assistant and babysitter, and she's done. So she quits. And tells him she loves him, all in one fell swoop. How does he take it? Not so well, actually. So not well that he decides to stick to her like glue so he prove to her she shouldn't be in love with her. Sounds like a plan. NOT. Because why on earth would being in close proximity work to convince someone they shouldn't be in love?!

OK, I have to admit here that Ollie drove me absolutely bonkers for the longest time. He was just so oblivious, in a not very cute or charming way, and I despaired that he'd ever get his head out of his ass. Piper was awesome, a damn saint, though, and I was rooting for her to get her man, idiotic though he was, the whole time. I've been loving this series, and Piper and Ollie fit perfectly in this funny, adorable series about the men who took over Hot Cakes, and the women who bring them to their knees.
About Erin Nicholas

To date, she’s written over thirty sexy, contemporary novels that have been described as “toe-curling,” “enchanting,” “steamy,” and “fun.” She adores reluctant heroes, imperfect heroines, and happily ever afters.
Erin lives in the Midwest, where she enjoys spending time with her husband (who only wants to read the sex scenes in her books), her kids (who will never read the sex scenes in her books), and her family and friends (who claim to be “shocked” by the sex scenes in her books).

Review: Waiting for You by Kate McBrien

Review of Waiting for You by Kate McBrien Justin and Lucy are apart, but for how long? Lucy's staying with her parents, but knows she needs to get out and start living her life again. But when she gets a chance to go to London, it just may be her chance to reunite with the man whose soul has been entwined with hers for centuries upon centuries. But first, our two fated lovers will have to not only reunite, but stay together, beat the odds and the people and/or forces who are trying to keep them apart. Waiting for You is a great followup to Discovering You. Justin and Lucy's story is exciting and passionate, and the mystical/fantasy/paranormal aspect just adds another interesting layer to their already wonderful connection. I normally don't read a lot of paranormal/fantasy/sci-fi romance anymore, but I loved it here in Waiting for You. It's subtle, but ever present and as I said, just makes their story all the more intriguing. I can't wait for the conclusio...
