MY REVIEW

When Lilith's hot architect neighbor Clay asks her for help finding his lost cat, it finally opens up them up to start something. She thinks he's hot, even if he's never noticed her before. She wants to climb him like a tree. Unfortunately, he doesn't seem as into her. Or isn't he? When she finds a very, very big surprise in his home one day while taking her turn caring for their now co-parented cat, it opens things up even further. But whatever happens between them is fun only, no feelings allowed. Which is fine, AT FIRST. Then a third is brought into their lives, very deliberately by Clay, and things are on the cusp of something beautiful. But only if Clay truly opens himself up this time, lets her in, lets Travis in.

This is a smokin' hot, 5-alarm kinda hot, ménage. I love the contrast of personalities between all three of them, how they complement each other. I enjoyed reading this, and really the only problem I had with this story is that the physical is not balanced well with the emotional. Ménages to me must be balanced equally between the fun and the emotions and here I'd say the balance is about 70% / 30% with the physical far overwhelming the relationship. I do like that Clay opened up finally, but it was left a little too late in the story for my tastes. Aside from that, though, I liked this sexy story, and am excited to read more about the Nashville Neighborhood world.
