Mitch has wanted more from Paige since he first laid eyes on her, but he could sense immediately she was not the white picket fence kind of woman. So he'll restrain himself now that she's here in Louisiana with him, he'll play it casual and fun and not overwhelm her with his feelings. He just has to be his laid back self while he's around her and not blurt out his growing feelings. Easy enough. Right?
Sweet, sexy, and fun. That's Mitch and Paige in a nutshell. But there's more to them than just that. They both had some epiphanies to come to, both had some growth to do before they were able to finally obtain the happiness they so definitely deserved. And I had a lot of fun reading as they fell in love, fought it, well she fought it, and finally admitted it. I've been loving both this series and Hot Cakes, now I'm excited to read whatever Erin brings to us next.
