MY REVIEW
Mika's worked hard to get her degree and now is up for a new job at Morgan Financial. Only she finds out to actually get it she has to compete with others for it. The worst, though, is one of her competitors, Easton Roman. He's an obnoxious, overconfident jerk who will use anything, including his looks, to get the job. Unfortunately, though Mika's resistant to him, body doesn't care that he's a dick. Will her body or her mind win out in the fight for control of her behavior?
First, I have to say that I absolutely loved Mika. She's strong, she's sassy, and she takes no bs from anyone. Easton, on the other hand, he almost ruined this otherwise entertaining, enjoyable story with his asshole, cocky behavior. Near the end, when he said one of the worst things possible to Mika? He should have been groveling like an mf'er to her after, begging for forgiveness. The fact that he didn't says exactly what kind of a jerk he is. He wasn't nearly good enough for the awesomeness of Mika, and he pulled down my rating by an entire star. The rest of the story, and Mika, though, are A+ - sexy and fun and witty, well deserving their place in Vi and Penelope's Cocky Hero Club.
