Because I Can picks up right where What If I Never left off, and Dash does not disappoint, is there for Allie even though after what happened earlier had her thinking perhaps he was on the verge of disappearing from her life. They start on the path of to solid, stable relationship, but there are still secrets to be rooted out, and the big mystery of where the original Allison is.
I am loving this trilogy! I know I can always count on LRJ for an excellent romantic suspense filled with hot chemistry and intrigue and action, and that's exactly what Dash and Allie delivered. Their relationship is finally starting to come together, then bam, that awful cliffhanger and now I'm on the edge of my seat, and angrily muttering to myself about that damn Dash. I really hope he's not about to do what I think he's about to do, and I cannot wait for When I Say Yes to find out how Allie and Dash (and all the other alphas in this story) figure out their relationship.
