Review Blitz: Twisted Hate (Twisted #3) by Ana Huang

Release Date: January 27

He hates her...almost as much as he wants her.

Gorgeous, cocky, and fast on his way to becoming a hotshot doctor, Josh Chen has never met a woman he couldn’t charm—except for Jules f**king Ambrose.

The beautiful redhead has been a thorn in his side since they met, but she also consumes his thoughts in a way no woman ever has.

When their animosity explodes into one unforgettable night, he proposes a solution that’ll get her out of his system once and for all: an enemies with benefits arrangement with simple rules.

No jealousy.

No strings attached.

And absolutely no falling in love.

**

Outgoing and ambitious, Jules Ambrose is a former party girl who’s focused on one thing: passing the attorney’s bar exam.

The last thing she needs is to get involved with a doctor who puts the SUFFER in insufferable…no matter how good-looking he is.

But the more she gets to know him, the more she realizes there’s more than meets the eye to the man she’s hated for so long.

Her best friend’s brother.

Her nemesis.

And her only salvation.

Theirs is a match made in hell, and when the demons from their past catch up with them, they’re faced with truths that could either save them …or destroy everything they’ve worked for.

Twisted Hate is a steamy enemies with benefits/enemies to lovers romance. It's book three in the Twisted series but can be read as a standalone. Warning: It contains explicit content and profanity. Recommended for 18+.

MY REVIEW

Jules and Josh hate each other. But they absolutely are attracted to each other. Why not indulge in a little enemies with benefits? There will be no positive feelings involved, and both their hearts will stay intact because hate sex is just sex. Right?

Right there, you know where this is heading. And I was here for it. Every snarky, witty jab at each other. All the tension. All the intensity. But you also know that hate is the flip side of something else. And it was the l word that I was really waiting for, but didn't really get until late in the game. But the trip to that I enjoyed, a lot. The only reason I didn't give this a 5? Josh's reaction to Jules' confession was over the top cruel, and beyond redemption as far as I'm concerned. But before that, and everything but that, I really liked. It's witty, snarky, fun and seriously, seriously hot. What a good enemies to lovers should be. The fact that Josh is Asian? Frosting on a yummy cake for this Asian (Filipina)!

Review: Winter Interlude: An American Revolutionary Novelette (American Revolutionary Tales 2) by Regina Kammer

Review of Winter Interlude: An American Revolutionary Novelette by Regina Kammer Captain Samuel Taylor and Lieutenant Patrick Hamilton recall their first steamy encounter, which was a MFM threesome in a brothel. It morphed into more and now the two are contemplating their futures with the women they love, and their futures with each other. If you think times are hard for the LGBT community now, think of how hard they were during the American Revolution. Winter Interlude is well developed, which is surprising given its short length. I am so interested in knowing what is to become of Samuel and Patrick's forbidden relationship. Do they stay together? Or do they go their separate ways, and live out their lives with their women? Now that they've admitted their love for each other, how impossible would it be for them to be without each other? I have to know, now! If you like MM fiction and/or historical fiction, I highly recommend you give Winter Interlude a read. It
