MY REVIEW

How is Kane going to react to the bombshell JoJo laid on him? It's obvious there's going to be a lot of anger and pain in this second part of their trilogy. Kane has a choice to make here - move past the secret that was kept from him and find a new path forward and a new relationship(s), or stay angry and keep everyone at a distance.

Oh damn, but Shattered Sins was well worth the wait! Cliffhangers always get to me, but thankfully Shattered Sins picks up right where Shattered Secrets left off, and things are upside down. I hurt for both of them, especially Kane, knowing how much he had missed out on. But I also felt for JoJo, as she was also in the dark about things, and has been an amazing single mom for years now. The feelings and the chemistry between her and Kane were obvious from the very first page, and they only get stronger the longer they're around each other. I am really rooting these 2 (3) on, and I am seriously jonesing for Shattered Lies now to see just how the author plans on giving this amazing couple a happy ever after.
