Review Blitz: Vegas Storm (Hot Vegas Nights) by D.M. Davis

VEGAS STORM by D.M. Davis
RELEASE DATE: November 30th

D.M. Davis' Vegas Storm is a spicy, billionaire, recovering bad boy, contemporary romance of what happens when mistaken identity and misconceptions derail a rendezvous and a chance of getting lucky on the Vegas strip.

There are two things you should know about me: I don't gamble. I don't date.

Relationships are not my thing.
I have fully vetted, no strings attached arrangements.
No repeats.

Then I kiss the wrong woman.
Mix up my arrangement with a business deal.
That's a line I never intended on crossing.
Yet, I can't stop thinking about doing it again.

There are exceptions to every rule.
I pride myself on not being one of those exceptions.
She prides herself on proving me wrong.

Now, I'm willing to gamble my future for a chance with her. Only she calls my bluff.
Turns out you should never gamble what you're not willing to lose.

MY REVIEW

Dmitri usually has arrangements with women, the no strings, paid for kind of arrangements. So when a beautiful woman shows up, he mistakenly assumes she's one of his arrangements, and proceeds to offend (and attract) Casandra, the woman who's actually there to fix his company's software issues. Oops! But once he lays eyes on her, this determined billionaire sets out to claim her, woo her, get her into his bed, and soon realizes, his heart. Is his determination enough to redeem this naughty but sweet man?

Dima is so determined to avoid love that he doesn't even realize how empty his life has been before Casandra. But once he sees her and starts his pursuit, her sassy, strong and loving personality draws him in. Their chemistry is fitting of a Vegas setting, sizzling hot, and the chase is on. Fun, witty, and entertaining, I love how hard and fast this dirty talking billionaire falls head over heels for his smart and sassy królowo.

Review: One Little Lie by Whitney Barbetti

Review of One Little Lie by Whitney Barbetti ONE LITTLE LIE Hollis is a good girl with a crush on a broody musician. Unfortunately, that boy, Adam, hates her. Why? Because the chip on his shoulder leaves him thinking good girl, rich girl Hollis is a lemming like everyone else in their small town. Which makes it even more unfortunate when years after their high school encounter, Hollis' best friend tries to stick up for her and ends up telling her parents that Adam is the the boyfriend Hollis doesn't actually have. Oops. How will Hollis ever convince Adam to go along with her little lie? I really liked One Little Lie. Hollis is a really naive girl, but she has such a huge heart that I couldn't help but fall in love with her spirit. She's so sweet, so compassionate, the kind of person this world needs more of. Adam, on the other hand, eh, he didn't do much for me. His chip on the shoulder, broody asshole attitude did nothing to endear me to him, but because H...

Coming back to my small Wyoming hometown was supposed to be temporary. I only planned to stay long enough to help my ailing mother and sort through the mess of my family’s old belongings. Instead, I somehow ended up living in Evan Ricci’s house. The single dad now owned a bunch of properties and one of them was the place I’d rented. He’d taken it off the market and moved in before I got there. I just never got the memo. Unfortunately, there was no other place in town available, so Evan let me stay. Evan—the guy my parents took in years a...
