MY REVIEW

Julia's back home thanks to her family legacy, their bar, burning down. Now she's taken a job to help with costs, and she's finding it hard to get along with her new hard-driving boss. But there's more to their relationship than just professional, as the sparks are flying all over. Soon things are taking a turn to more. But will they be able to overcome the obstacle Hunter places in their way when he blindly accuses her of something she (and her family) didn't do?

This is a short, quick read. I like the premise but I have to admit I wasn't totally sold on Hunter and Julia as a couple, as they weren't together for long enough, nor was their relationship developed much before everything ended. I think they have strong chemistry but Hunter is definitely a jerk and Julia forgave him way too easily. I like lots of groveling when one of the couple does something terrible, and I didn't get that here. Generally speaking, though, this is an entertaining, if not well developed, story.
