MY REVIEW

Waking up married to a gorgeous, determined man is something Megan never expected, but should have, considering...Vegas. But she has few memories of the night before and doesn't want to be married, to him, or any man. Connor is having the opposite mindset, though, and finds he wants to stay married to her, but without the usual things that come with marriage like the big L. Can she, should she, stay married in a marriage of convenience arrangement?

The accidental marriage trope can be fun, if done right, and Mira definitely did right by this tried and true theme. Though it's been done before, when the two leads are as likable as Megan and Connor, and their chemistry is smokin', a story can't go wrong. The contrast between Megan's stance and Connor's was bound to cause some friction, and you just knew the feelings were going to develop, even if you also knew Connor was going to fight them. Damn did he fight them, right to the very end, but he made up for it in heartfelt fashion. I love that this series is being re-released - now I'm anxiously awaiting the next installment.
