MY REVIEW
Long ago, Evie came up close and personal with the Firefly Man legend, and she didn't escape unscathed. Now she's got the emotional and mental scars from that night. Her long time therapist and family friend has disappeared and a new therapist has taken over his practice. A new, gorgeous therapist, one that Evie can't possibly unburden herself to. And she can't help but wonder about the timing of everything.
Lincoln has his reasons for being here. And Evie is just one of those reasons, at first. Now she's becoming the most important reason of all, even if he hasn't told her that yet. And he may not get the chance if that old legend comes back to haunt them all...
Twists and turns, suspense, a sweetly developing relationship, the most loving single dad, and a heroine who doesn't realize just how strong she really is - Firefly Effect is one of the author's best! It's not just unpredictable and suspenseful, but sweet and steamy too. Lincoln and Evie's story is one that will stay with me for a long time.
