MY REVIEW
Drake has never forgotten his first kiss, Cassidy, even though he left town not much after, and went onto a successful baseball career. But when he literally runs into her again in their small town, he knows that now's his chance to get the love he's always dreamed of. Finding out she's single, and has kids mean his dream family is that much closer.
Cassidy is so busy with her horse ranch and raising her adorable kids, that she hasn't had time for anything else. But when her first kiss runs into her, and embarrassingly steals her phone and finds some rather spicy stuff on it, suddenly everything is warming up. When Drake appears to be sticking around for good, she has to choose - let him into her life and heart and the love he's offering, or push him away and fall back into her loveless routine.
Drake and Cassidy are sunshine x1000! It's not so much insta-love as much as forever love starting in childhood, that only gets better when they lay eyes on each other as adults. Drake had just been dreaming about Cassidy when fate decided it loved him and put her in his path again, and from then on it was full steam ahead for him. Well, with a tiny bit of hesitation when he listened to her friend and realized he might need to give her a bit of space to process. But he charmingly, determinedly, and deliciously loved her up and didn't give her a chance to resist for long. And Cassidy, Charlie and Kenzie were the lucky and deserving recipients of all the love he had been just waiting to bestow.
