Never thought I’d agree to a marriage of convenience to my hot, firefighter ex boyfriend. Especially after he casually informs me we’ve been married for ten years.

Ten years ago, Wilder and I were so in love that we got married in Vegas for one night only before leaving for college on different sides of the world. He was supposed to mail the annulment papers.

Problem is, he didn’t.
Worse? He didn’t tell me.
Not even when I came back to town to marry another man.

But now he needs my help, and I can’t say no. All I have to do is have to pretend in front of the whole town like we’re married. Hold hands. Kiss. Not throw myself at him when he looks at me like I’m the only woman in the world.

My body might remember him, but the rest of me isn’t ready. Because I’m just learning how to find myself, and if I get wrapped up in Wilder’s world, I’ll lose more than my heart—I’ll lose everything.

Again.

MY REVIEW

Once upon a time, Cassidy and Wilder were sweethearts who got married in Vegas. She thought he sent in the annulment papers the next day, so has thought she's been divorced all these years since. She had no idea Wilder sorta kinda didn't send in those papers. She's back in town, but not to see him, no, to get married...to someone else. Except it doesn't happen, because she was jilted at the altar. But now she's face to face with Wilder and he needs her help. They're still married, so it's not really a lie, right?

Wilder and Cass took the marriage of convenience, fake relationship trope and turned it on its head. The fact that it's a second chance and has a huge twist takes it out of the box and makes their story even better. Wilder is the sweetest, hottest firefighter, who took the surprise dropped in his lap so well. The way he had always loved Cass, and showed her - so sweet. I love these two, and can't wait for more of this small town falling in love.

Review: Winter Interlude: An American Revolutionary Novelette (American Revolutionary Tales 2) by Regina Kammer

Review of Winter Interlude: An American Revolutionary Novelette by Regina Kammer Captain Samuel Taylor and Lieutenant Patrick Hamilton recall their first steamy encounter, which was a MFM threesome in a brothel. It morphed into more and now the two are contemplating their futures with the women they love, and their futures with each other. If you think times are hard for the LGBT community now, think of how hard they were during the American Revolution. Winter Interlude is well developed, which is surprising given its short length. I am so interested in knowing what is to become of Samuel and Patrick's forbidden relationship. Do they stay together? Or do they go their separate ways, and live out their lives with their women? Now that they've admitted their love for each other, how impossible would it be for them to be without each other? I have to know, now! If you like MM fiction and/or historical fiction, I highly recommend you give Winter Interlude a read. It...
