Blurb
Someone should tell Tate Brewer that one-night stands aren’t supposed to come with a sequel.

I’ve learned the hard way—don’t be reckless with anything, least of all my heart. But after one too many vodka sodas, saying yes to a much younger, devastatingly smooth stranger for one wild night seems like the perfect way to forget my brutal divorce. I even gave him a fake name. What could go wrong?

You’d be surprised.

Because instead of being my spicy little secret, Tate is now the chief marketing officer at my new job. He’s determined to prove our night together was only the beginning—and he has the tools to do it.

Chiseled jaw. Washboard abs. Effortless charm. He’s as sinful as he is sweet and knows exactly how to get under my skin and melt my defenses.

I wanted a one-night stand. Instead, I got a “situation.”

MY REVIEW

Aurora is divorced and has been told by her friend that she needs to live a little for once, now that she's free from her jerk ex. Could the much younger, gorgeous flirt she met on her flight be the man to help her do just that? Well he was...until she saw him again and found out he's the new guy in charge at her new office. Yikes. She doesn't want to lose herself to another man, doesn't want to lose the independence she's gained. And she doesn't want just another guy to come along and make her feel like she's less than. Tate may seem like the biggest sweetheart, ever, but he is a man, and Aurora's had her fill of men treating her terribly.

Everyone around Tate has been falling in love and settling down, and Tate wants that for himself. But only with the right woman. Then a single flight changes his life when he meets that woman. Too bad she's gone the next morning, and since then he hasn't been able to get her off his mind. She was reluctant to give into their chemistry, but he knew he could convince her, and convince her he did! But he wants more. And he gets his chance when he becomes the new head marketing officer at the company where she's taken a new position. Now they have all space and time for him to woo the woman he knows he's going to marry...if he can listen to what she's saying, what she wants, and not be so single-minded that bulldozes her into running from him.

Being the baby of the Brewer clan was good for Tate. He's a sweet golden retriever of a hero whose family has spoiled him as have all the women that have fallen at his feet to be with him, but when he finds Aurora and decides to claim her, whew!! All that intense focus is heady for her and I don't know how she resisted as long as she did. She had a lot of insecurities, thanks to 2 failed marriages to horrible men, but Tate came along and not only worshipped her and supported her, he flat out loved her up and showed her just what an amazing woman she really is. I'm sad the Brewer Family series has come to an end, but Adriana picked such a great story to conclude their family saga with. They're so adorable together, sweet, deliciously spicy, and fun.

Review: Winter Interlude: An American Revolutionary Novelette (American Revolutionary Tales 2) by Regina Kammer

Review of Winter Interlude: An American Revolutionary Novelette by Regina Kammer Captain Samuel Taylor and Lieutenant Patrick Hamilton recall their first steamy encounter, which was a MFM threesome in a brothel. It morphed into more and now the two are contemplating their futures with the women they love, and their futures with each other. If you think times are hard for the LGBT community now, think of how hard they were during the American Revolution. Winter Interlude is well developed, which is surprising given its short length. I am so interested in knowing what is to become of Samuel and Patrick's forbidden relationship. Do they stay together? Or do they go their separate ways, and live out their lives with their women? Now that they've admitted their love for each other, how impossible would it be for them to be without each other? I have to know, now! If you like MM fiction and/or historical fiction, I highly recommend you give Winter Interlude a read. It...
