MY REVIEW
When Calyx's manager asks him to help his son rehab an injury, he surely wasn't expecting Samuel. He's a big, brutal fighter, but he ends up being so much more than just that. He's Calyx's opposite - and he can't help but fall for him. He knows Samuel is off limits, but he can't resist him, in any way. Except it's going to hurt when his secret comes out and ruins the beautiful thing he and Samuel are falling into.
Samuel is obsessed with his yoga teacher. He can't help it, there's something so alluring about Calyx - how much smaller he is, the beautiful things he wears, and his guarded heart. If he's not careful, he's going to fall headlong in love with him...
Samuel and Calyx are fire! Their scenes were both insanely hot, and increasingly emotionally intimate. I was so into their growing relationship, but in the back of my mind, I was really not looking forward to how much it was going to hurt when Calyx's secret came out. Thankfully they had friends with really good advice, and Samuel ended up being more grown up than the average 21 year old. I can't remember an opposites attract romance I enjoyed more than sweet Samuel and his angel Calyx. Theirs is the first story in this series I've read, but after falling in love with them, I'm really impatient to read the next Bay Area Bros to fall in love.
