MY REVIEW

When Shep goes to find out where Theo has gone to at Theo's brother's royal wedding, neither expects what happens next. But it's later, when Shep is sent by his and Theo's boss to babysit Theo while the Kings figure out who's after him, that things get really interesting. And by interesting...I mean INTERESTING. And delicious and quite revealing. Now they're wrestling with their feelings and what they mean for them. Shep may worry what their boss (and his ex) will think if he catches onto their new relationship, but Theo doesn't give a damn. This merciless royal doesn't bow to anyone, least of all King.

Opposites attract with all the sparks, forced confines, and two alpha males vying for dominance, all while trying to figure out their feelings - I was all in for all of this and more. Theo reminds me of a slightly more mature East (I know, I know!) and reading as he finally figured out what he was feeling was pure entertainment. Shep is his personality opposite, serious to Theo's playful. But these two alpha billionaires really weren't expecting their feelings or their chemistry, and by the end of Merciless, those feelings were firmly smacking them in their faces. Then boom, that cliffhanger. Now I'm anxiously waiting for Ruthless. I'm not sure I can actually wait that long, but I guess I have to so I can find out how this duo plans on writing their way out of the cluster of huge proportions the cliffhanger left Shep and Theo in.
