Review: Ashton Scott by Nina Levine

Review of Ashton Scott by Nina Levine

Holy hell, Ashton Scott is one hot alpha male!!

Just for clarification, I originally read Ashton Scott as a newsletter serial that Nina sent to her subscribers. I fell in love with his cocky asshole self then, and reading his entire story in one sitting has made me fall in love with him all over again.

Ashton is a bossy af, dominating businessman used to getting what he wants, how he wants, when he wants. Then he meets Lorelei and she brings him to his knees, as much as a dominating asshole like Ashton can be brought to his knees. Suddenly he's pining over a sassy, feisty woman who doesn't hesitate to put him in his place, one who doesn't kowtow to him or throw herself at him. What's a bossy, cocky alphahole to do when faced with a stubborn, sassy woman like Lorelei? Ashton tries to mow her over, but she's not having it. So he decides to seduce her instead. It sorta works. Well, it works, and she falls into bed with him, but she still doesn't just let him walk all over her, and it drives him mad. And then he starts falling for her, big time, and slowly realizes he wants to be a better man, a man who deserves the beautifully compassionate woman that Lorelei is. Suddenly Asshole Mondays (what his assistant calls their office when he's in a mood) are looking up. Things are going great, and he's got the woman of his dreams in his life and in his bed. He doesn't even mind so much that she doesn't just do whatever he says, when he says. But, there are more obstacles to their relationship than just her sassy ways. There's his clingy ex, his ruthless father, and a deal, THE deal, the deal that brought him into her life in the first place. Will these two get their hard fought for HEA? I won't tell of course, so download this bossy asshole yourself so you can find out!

My book boyfriends go with me everywhere. I prefer them tall, dark, and handsome, but I don’t discriminate. They sweep me off my feet and are always there when I need them—in my purse, in my car, and even in my bathtub. Book boyfriends may not be real, but at least they won’t break my heart… or get another girl pregnant. I don’t do relationships. I get one whiff and run in the opposite direction. It took me seven years to mend my broken heart, and I’m not about to hand it over again. That’s why I can’t fall for Beckett. With his Clark Kent glasses and brooding stare, he’s a superhero in disguise. And his superpower? Melting panties with a single ...

Review: Winter Interlude: An American Revolutionary Novelette (American Revolutionary Tales 2) by Regina Kammer

Review of Winter Interlude: An American Revolutionary Novelette by Regina Kammer Captain Samuel Taylor and Lieutenant Patrick Hamilton recall their first steamy encounter, which was a MFM threesome in a brothel. It morphed into more and now the two are contemplating their futures with the women they love, and their futures with each other. If you think times are hard for the LGBT community now, think of how hard they were during the American Revolution. Winter Interlude is well developed, which is surprising given its short length. I am so interested in knowing what is to become of Samuel and Patrick's forbidden relationship. Do they stay together? Or do they go their separate ways, and live out their lives with their women? Now that they've admitted their love for each other, how impossible would it be for them to be without each other? I have to know, now! If you like MM fiction and/or historical fiction, I highly recommend you give Winter Interlude a read. It...

Cover Reveal: Seduced By The Senator (Dirty Little Secrets #1) by Susan Arden

Susan Arden has revealed the covers for Seduced By The Senator! Releasing June 17, 2024 What's your dirty little secret? Mine involves a handsome stranger. It began in a darkened hallway. This man's touch had me coming undone. Not only is he tall, brilliant, gorgeous, and sexy as sin, he left me wanting more. He haunts my fantasies until I read about him: Senator Bennett Stone. Armed with his name, I dig for the truth. Stone is from Atlanta and is independently wealthy. A billionaire. He's rumored to be the next vice president. Tasting forbidden fruit, I can't settle for the cloying secrecy of my family. Or their plans for me as a pawn who'll live in a gilded cage where women are expected to look beautiful and keep silent. I have to act fast. Thanks to a connection, Stone is my new boss. He's my ticket to freedom -- if he doesn't fire me on the spot when I reintroduce myself... Xavia Stillman Kennedy. Bennett ~ When I arrive in Boston, my newest st...
