Review: Jingle Balls by Vanessa Waltz

Review of Jingle Balls by Vanessa Waltz

When Gigi's dumped by her fiancé, she has to go back home to her mom's and face all the pity and sympathy from not just her mom but her mom's friend and neighbor. To make things worse, her neighbor's son Ronan is in town too, visiting his mom for the holidays. Ronan, the boy who made her life miserable their entire growing up years. Ronan, the boy who's a man now. A really hot man. But still an ass. Or is he? Maybe he just likes teasing her and now that Gigi and he are adults, he just might see the beauty in her that he never bothered looking at before. When the two are thrown together by their moms into playing Santa and elf for their town's Christmas events, it just might be Ronan's chance at redemption, and at getting Gigi into his life in a way he never thought of before.

I thought this was a fun, spicy enemies to lovers holiday read. Ronan and Gigi had chemistry for days, and I loved seeing how gradually Gigi warmed up to him. He really was a changed man with a big heart. Gigi was perhaps a bit prickly, but considering she had just been dumped by her fiancé, I could understand why she wasn't that friendly at first.

My book boyfriends go with me everywhere. I prefer them tall, dark, and handsome, but I don’t discriminate. They sweep me off my feet and are always there when I need them—in my purse, in my car, and even in my bathtub. Book boyfriends may not be real, but at least they won’t break my heart… or get another girl pregnant. I don’t do relationships. I get one whiff and run in the opposite direction. It took me seven years to mend my broken heart, and I’m not about to hand it over again. That’s why I can’t fall for Beckett. With his Clark Kent glasses and brooding stare, he’s a superhero in disguise. And his superpower? Melting panties with a single

This man's touch had me coming undone. Not only is he tall, brilliant, gorgeous, and sexy as sin, he left me wanting more. He haunts my fantasies until I read about him: Senator Bennett Stone. Armed with his name, I dig for the truth. Stone is from Atlanta and is independently wealthy. A billionaire. He's rumored to be the next vice president. Tasting forbidden fruit, I can't settle for the cloying secrecy of my family. Or their plans for me as a pawn who'll live in a gilded cage where women are expected to look beautiful and keep silent. I have to act fast. Thanks to a connection, Stone is my new boss. He's my ticket to freedom -- if he doesn't fire me on the spot when I reintroduce myself... Xavia Stillman Kennedy. Review: Winter Interlude: An American Revolutionary Novelette (American Revolutionary Tales 2) by Regina Kammer

Review of Winter Interlude: An American Revolutionary Novelette by Regina Kammer Captain Samuel Taylor and Lieutenant Patrick Hamilton recall their first steamy encounter, which was a MFM threesome in a brothel. It morphed into more and now the two are contemplating their futures with the women they love, and their futures with each other. If you think times are hard for the LGBT community now, think of how hard they were during the American Revolution. Winter Interlude is well developed, which is surprising given its short length. I am so interested in knowing what is to become of Samuel and Patrick's forbidden relationship. Do they stay together? Or do they go their separate ways, and live out their lives with their women? Now that they've admitted their love for each other, how impossible would it be for them to be without each other? I have to know, now! If you like MM fiction and/or historical fiction, I highly recommend you give Winter Interlude a read. It
