Review of The Billionaire Boss Next Door by Max Monroe

THE BILLIONAIRE BOSS NEXT DOOR

Greer has a tiny problem - her interior design business is struggling. So now she's off to interview, and hopes she really gets the job because her livelihood depends upon it. While in the hotel half-heartedly using the gym, she manages to insult a really hot guy when she mouths off about how ugly the decor is. But no biggie because she'll never see him again...

And when that really hot guy turns out to be her new boss, what's a girl to say? Oops perhaps? What about when said boss turns out to be her new neighbor? Cue the snarky banter, the enemies to lovers thing we all love so much.

The Billionaire Boss Next Door was filled with Max Monroe's trademark witty, snarky banter, loads of passion, and fun times. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars rather than 5 is because Greer was just a bit too much for me. I know she was supposed to be awkward and different, and she was those things, but the fact that she had no filter on her mouth got on my last nerve sometimes. Honestly, I'm surprised Trent put up with her rude, runaway mouth. But aside from Greer, I loved everything else about this story. I can't wait for more from this world, yay for Cap's story next!

My book boyfriends go with me everywhere. I prefer them tall, dark, and handsome, but I don’t discriminate. They sweep me off my feet and are always there when I need them—in my purse, in my car, and even in my bathtub. Book boyfriends may not be real, but at least they won’t break my heart… or get another girl pregnant. I don’t do relationships. I get one whiff and run in the opposite direction. It took me seven years to mend my broken heart, and I’m not about to hand it over again. That’s why I can’t fall for Beckett. With his Clark Kent glasses and brooding stare, he’s a superhero in disguise. And his superpower? Melting panties with a single ...

Review: Winter Interlude: An American Revolutionary Novelette (American Revolutionary Tales 2) by Regina Kammer

Review of Winter Interlude: An American Revolutionary Novelette by Regina Kammer Captain Samuel Taylor and Lieutenant Patrick Hamilton recall their first steamy encounter, which was a MFM threesome in a brothel. It morphed into more and now the two are contemplating their futures with the women they love, and their futures with each other. If you think times are hard for the LGBT community now, think of how hard they were during the American Revolution. Winter Interlude is well developed, which is surprising given its short length. I am so interested in knowing what is to become of Samuel and Patrick's forbidden relationship. Do they stay together? Or do they go their separate ways, and live out their lives with their women? Now that they've admitted their love for each other, how impossible would it be for them to be without each other? I have to know, now! If you like MM fiction and/or historical fiction, I highly recommend you give Winter Interlude a read. It...

Armed with his name, I dig for the truth. Stone is from Atlanta and is independently wealthy. A billionaire. He's rumored to be the next vice president.
