Review: Unexpected Surrender by J.M. Walker

The simple answer is yes. But, there isn't really simple in Luther and Lexi's story, because there are all kinds of things happening, even aside from just the burgeoning feelings they're developing. But let's talk about those feelings, because they're the heart and soul of Unexpected Surrender. First off, you must know that this is a seriously, seriously sexy story. It has shades of BDSM in it, after all, the club where they meet is that kind of club. And Luther wants, no, demands, Lexi's submission. The question is, will she, can she, submit? But not just her body, but her heart and soul, too. Because Luther is an all or nothing kind of guy. He may be a bit flummoxed by the actual emotions he has for Lexi, but the rest he knows just what to do with. And damn does he do what he wishes!!
Even aside from the emotional aspect, though, everything else about Unexpected Surrender is also top notch reading. The plot is complex, fast paced, and all the characters are riveting. This is really J.M. Walker at her absolute best!!
