The devil has blue eyes, an Irish accent, and a hatred for me that runs deep.

He blames me for starting a war. Consorting with his enemies. Getting his men killed. Though I’m innocent on all charges, he wants his pound of flesh. With an eye on revenge, he makes me his captive.

But as we’ll both soon discover, there are more powerful urges than that for revenge.

When the devil meets his match but she’s his sworn enemy, that’s when the real war begins.

MY REVIEW
Waking up with no recollection of where she is or how she got there, and the first thing she lays eyes on is a gorgeous stranger who tries to lay down the law on how she's to behave around him. What does Sloane do? Cower? Freak out? Nope, not this feisty, sassy woman. No, she proceeds to talk circles around him, which confounds him and drives him crazy in a way that has Declan completely off his kilter. Now that is a feat considering who he is and why he took her...

Sloane's been around mobsters her whole life, so she's not about to let this Irish mobster get to her, take her down. She's tough and smart and she knows it. Now to make sure Declan and his men know it. Oh and to make sure she doesn't give into the heat brewing between them, give into his domination, because her heart surely will not survive a battle with the Irish mob.

For a Mafia romantic suspense, Carnal Urges was damn funny. The banter between Sloane and Declan, and the way she drove him crazy was some of the most fun I've had reading in a long time. I was not expecting it from this story at all, but I love that JT gave Declan and Sloane not just crazy chemistry, but snarky, funny af dialogue to go along with everything else that's so good about them as a couple. Then there's the twisty suspense, which, again, I wasn't expecting, but loved, and that little sneaky epilogue. Oooooh now I'm dying with impatience waiting for Savage Hearts!

Susan Arden has revealed the covers for Seduced By The Senator! Releasing June 17, 2024 What's your dirty little secret? Mine involves a handsome stranger. It began in a darkened hallway. This man's touch had me coming undone. Not only is he tall, brilliant, gorgeous, and sexy as sin, he left me wanting more. He haunts my fantasies until I read about him: Senator Bennett Stone. Armed with his name, I dig for the truth. Stone is from Atlanta and is independently wealthy. A billionaire. He's rumored to be the next vice president. Tasting forbidden fruit, I can't settle for the cloying secrecy of my family. Or their plans for me as a pawn who'll live in a gilded cage where women are expected to look beautiful and keep silent. Review: Winter Interlude: An American Revolutionary Novelette (American Revolutionary Tales 2) by Regina Kammer

Review of Winter Interlude: An American Revolutionary Novelette by Regina Kammer Captain Samuel Taylor and Lieutenant Patrick Hamilton recall their first steamy encounter, which was a MFM threesome in a brothel. It morphed into more and now the two are contemplating their futures with the women they love, and their futures with each other. If you think times are hard for the LGBT community now, think of how hard they were during the American Revolution. Winter Interlude is well developed, which is surprising given its short length. I am so interested in knowing what is to become of Samuel and Patrick's forbidden relationship. Do they stay together? Or do they go their separate ways, and live out their lives with their women? Now that they've admitted their love for each other, how impossible would it be for them to be without each other? I have to know, now! If you like MM fiction and/or historical fiction, I highly recommend you give Winter Interlude a read. It
