Review / Release Blitz: Falling for You (Annapolis Harbor #5) by Lea Coll

Falling for You by Lea Coll is now live!

Callie
When I landed my dream job, I didn't realize I'd be working with the one guy I've always avoided.
Jonah.
Caught off guard with a career-ending injury; he is the life and soul of every party, a likable, sociable guy on all accounts.
His future relies on the success of the sports complex I've been hired to manage.
But...he doubts my capabilities from the get-go.
I'm tired of being underestimated, of having my capabilities judged by just my pretty face. This is my opportunity to prove everyone wrong, including Jonah.
I just never expected to fall for him, or to learn that Jonah isn't the man he pretends to be.
Now I'm not sure if I can handle the truth.

Jonah
It only takes one injury to ruin your career and I'm not even sure I still have one. Investing in a sports complex made sense, until I realized that Callie was hired to manage it.
She's young, beautiful and has an alluring innocence I have to remind myself to ignore. As my teammate's personal assistant, Callie is off limits in more ways than one. She's straight out of college, has no experience and now my future lies in her hands.
The closer we work together, the more I become captivated by her. She's nothing like I expected her to be, but then we all hide behind masks.
Especially me.
If Callie learns the truth, both my future and my heart could be shattered.

MY REVIEW
Callie and Jonah now have to work together since she's been hired by her boss to manage his new sports complex. Unfortunately, one of her boss's partners, Jonah, seems to assume she isn't competent enough to do the job just because she's young and not as experienced as someone older might be. She'll just have to change his mind, and manage to keep things between them as professional as possible...

The last thing Jonah wants to do is leave his future in the hands of someone as young as Callie. But what will he do when he realizes he's misjudged her? And what will she do when she finds out that his past has made him the last man she can rely on when they should be leaning on each other the most?

I've been loving the Annapolis Harbor series, and Callie and Jonah just gave me more reasons to keep loving it. She's so strong and independent, wanting to rely on no one but herself, that it made it all the sweeter when Jonah realized how wrong he had misjudged her, and just how hard he had fallen for her. Jonah did a lot of growth in the story, making me like him even more as the pages flipped, and I found myself falling for them both.

Review: Winter Interlude: An American Revolutionary Novelette (American Revolutionary Tales 2) by Regina Kammer

Review of Winter Interlude: An American Revolutionary Novelette by Regina Kammer Captain Samuel Taylor and Lieutenant Patrick Hamilton recall their first steamy encounter, which was a MFM threesome in a brothel. It morphed into more and now the two are contemplating their futures with the women they love, and their futures with each other. If you think times are hard for the LGBT community now, think of how hard they were during the American Revolution. Winter Interlude is well developed, which is surprising given its short length. I am so interested in knowing what is to become of Samuel and Patrick's forbidden relationship. Do they stay together? Or do they go their separate ways, and live out their lives with their women? Now that they've admitted their love for each other, how impossible would it be for them to be without each other? I have to know, now! If you like MM fiction and/or historical fiction, I highly recommend you give Winter Interlude a read. It...

There’s no one more off limits than my best friend’s daughter. Peggy Aurora Hammerstein. The Toronto Terror’s unofficial team princess. I see her as she is now: a powerful woman with ambition for miles. When I hold he...
