MY REVIEW
When Sara needs help, it's to everyone's (especially Banks') surprise that Banks is the one to step up and be there for her. Now they're in a fake relationship/forced proximity situation, and feelings that neither had ever acknowledged are starting become very obvious. Banks has seen his family start to pair up and he's wondering if he'll ever find the same type of connection. Could he possibly have it with his frenemy? His sister-in-law's best friend?
I've been waiting for Banks' story and it did not disappoint! He's such a sweet cinnamon roll hero, a big jokester with an equally big heart who loves his family first and foremost. He deserved, and got, a heroine who accepted him and loved him for all his sweet qualities, but one who also grounded him and made him work for her heart. Sara had a lot of damage she had to heal from, and Banks and his family were just the people to help her deal. The way Banks stepped in, was her rock, and got her to see she deserved love was the kind of sweet that's the reason I love reading Adriana's small town romances. Banks and Sara are such a great couple, found that kind of love they deserved. Now I'm dying for Banks' brother Foxx to find love.
