MY REVIEW
A chance meeting between Stone Sylver and a beautiful woman is just the start of what will become a series of twists, and a relationship that evolves slowly. Stone stayed home and watched over his siblings, giving up his dreams, but it meant he watched while they all found love and settled down, and he...well, stayed. Now if only he can get her to stay.
Taxi (Tallulah) is a wanderer, an artist who roams the country, painting murals and sharing her art, when she meets a gorgeous guy and they form a connection. Then months later they meet again, only this time it's not so sweet. They have an unexpected connection in their pasts, and now they have to deal with it in their present. If she can get past the baggage her childhood has given her, she and Stone could have something amazing.
I'm so glad Stone finally got his forever. He and Taxi may have taken a long, bumpy journey to get to their happiness, but it was worth every obstacle they overcame, because they got each other in the end. Stone, oh Stone, he deserved every beautiful thing. He was the true rock of his family, had seen them through everything. Taxi ended up being his one, but it definitely took awhile for her to see it. I wasn't too sure of her for most of the story, but her background made some of her behavior understandable. I'm truly sorry that this series is ending, but I'm glad it ended with my favorite Sylver.
