Review of Zain (Steel Cobras Book 6) by Evie Monroe

ZAIN (STEEL COBRAS BOOK 6)

Zain feels a lot of guilt over the war between his club, The Steel Cobras, and their rivals, The Fury. But really, the entire club just wants the feud to end. It's just that they want to go about ending it in different ways. Cullen, the Prez, wants to work with this shady Russian to help end the war. But because that Russian happens to be the ex-husband of Sasha, the woman he's quickly falling for, he wants nothing to do with Viktor. Will Zain's loyalty to his club end up spelling something deadly for Sasha and her adorable little girl, Alena? Who will Zain ultimately side with - his club, or the woman he's found love with?

Although I didn't fall in love with Zain as much as I did Hart, I still thoroughly enjoyed reading Zain and Sasha's story. It's sexy, it's action-packed, and finally, FINALLY, the feud between The Steel Cobras and The Fury comes to an end. I'm not sure if there is more to come from the Steel Cobras MC, but I hope so, because I've loved reading all these badass bikers finding the women that bring them to their knees!

Review: One Little Lie by Whitney Barbetti

Review of One Little Lie by Whitney Barbetti ONE LITTLE LIE Hollis is a good girl with a crush on a broody musician. Unfortunately, that boy, Adam, hates her. Why? Because the chip on his shoulder leaves him thinking good girl, rich girl Hollis is a lemming like everyone else in their small town. Which makes it even more unfortunate when years after their high school encounter, Hollis' best friend tries to stick up for her and ends up telling her parents that Adam is the the boyfriend Hollis doesn't actually have. Oops. How will Hollis ever convince Adam to go along with her little lie? I really liked One Little Lie. Hollis is a really naive girl, but she has such a huge heart that I couldn't help but fall in love with her spirit. She's so sweet, so compassionate, the kind of person this world needs more of. Adam, on the other hand, eh, he didn't do much for me. His chip on the shoulder, broody asshole attitude did nothing to endear me to him, but because H...
