Six weeks of bliss. That's all I had with him before he left without a goodbye.
Thirteen weeks of misery and he shows up on my doorstep thinking he can win me back.
The only thing Henry Edward Andrews is getting is a sucker punch to the gut.

My Honeybee has a sting despite her sweetness.
I made a mistake. A big mistake. I screwed up, but I'm back and I don't want to let her go.
I've only got nine days to change her mind, but I'm a Marine and we don't give up.
NOW LIVE!
M.C. Cerny fell in love with books after experiencing her first real ugly cry reading, Where The Red Fern Grows. Her debut romantic suspense novel, Flashpoint, was written in a series of post-it-note ramblings that would likely make her idol Tom Clancy and her mother blush. She is a post graduate of NYU and calls rural NJ home with her menagerie of human and feline fur-babies. When M.C. is not writing, you’ll find her lurking in Starbucks, running stupid marathons, singing Disney show tunes, and searching out the perfect shade of pink nail polish.

Excerpt One

“Didn’t you miss me?” His lips turn in a panty melting grin.

“Nope.” I pop and roll my eyes when he frowns. I sigh admitting in a whisper, “I missed you liked peanut butter misses jelly.” It hurts to think about how inseparable we were.

Excerpt Two

“We could play twenty questions, but I’d rather hear what you want to do.” Tank’s fingers dragged up my leg in a lazy caress under the table and from prying eyes that makes my heart leap.

I lean over and whisper in his ear, my lips touching the bottom shell of his lobe, my breath warm against his neck. “I want you to take me home.” My voice shakes on the last word and Tank topples over in his chair standing up. He’s like a bull in a china shop trying to get to me even though I’m less than a foot away.

Review: Waiting for You by Kate McBrien

Review of Waiting for You by Kate McBrien Justin and Lucy are apart, but for how long? Lucy's staying with her parents, but knows she needs to get out and start living her life again. But when she gets a chance to go to London, it just may be her chance to reunite with the man whose soul has been entwined with hers for centuries upon centuries. But first, our two fated lovers will have to not only reunite, but stay together, beat the odds and the people and/or forces who are trying to keep them apart. Waiting for You is a great followup to Discovering You. Justin and Lucy's story is exciting and passionate, and the mystical/fantasy/paranormal aspect just adds another interesting layer to their already wonderful connection. I normally don't read a lot of paranormal/fantasy/sci-fi romance anymore, but I loved it here in Waiting for You. It's subtle, but ever present and as I said, just makes their story all the more intriguing. I can't wait for the conclusio...
