They were a perfect storm of bad decisions and tragedy...

We thought our forever kind of love would protect us.

We thought we were strong enough to withstand any storm.

But we were so young then. We couldn't have known what was coming.

"First loves will mess you up until the end of time if you let them."

Older now, we're both stronger than we've ever been. Brought back together by chance, we have a second chance to discover if forever is still the truth or yet another broken promise.

*This is the conclusion to Tali and Jude's epic love story.

MY REVIEW
Never Again picks up years after the horrible ending of Never Lasting. At first, it gives no indication that Tali and Jude are even in each other's orbits at all. But then Tali comes face to face with her not so stable past, and she's rocked off her axis. Jude might be a tad less surprised to see Tali than she is to see him, but he's no less staggered because his first and only love is finally face to face with him and he wants her back. The ball is all in his court. Redemption and second chances are all within his grasp, IF he can work his admittedly fine ass off enough to prove to Tali they should allow the love between them that never died to flourish. Can they work through their past pain and into a bright future? Only time, and lots of talking, will tell.

Damn...I loved this duet! It's heartbreaking in its first stage when Jude's demons overtake him and sever their young relationship. But in its conclusion, where both have matured into amazing adults, wow, it's quite beautiful as they work toward a future and happiness. I'm going to remember Tali and Jude for a long time to come.
MEET THE AUTHOR
As a little girl, I watched my mom read her Harlequin romance novels and always wondered what was so fascinating about them. When I grew up and finally read my first romance, my first reaction was “Oh!” followed by a “Ooooooh!”. A romance reader was born!

And now I create my own love stories. I like taking the everyday and injecting a whole lot of swoon into it. Who doesn’t want that?

Most of my books take place in and around Baltimore. It’s what i know, and it’s an area I love. I like to mix in a little bit of big city with my small town.

When I’m not writing, I’m momming my three crazy, beautiful kids. Although according to them, I’m always writing!

Review: Waiting for You by Kate McBrien

Review of Waiting for You by Kate McBrien Justin and Lucy are apart, but for how long? Lucy's staying with her parents, but knows she needs to get out and start living her life again. But when she gets a chance to go to London, it just may be her chance to reunite with the man whose soul has been entwined with hers for centuries upon centuries. But first, our two fated lovers will have to not only reunite, but stay together, beat the odds and the people and/or forces who are trying to keep them apart. Waiting for You is a great followup to Discovering You. Justin and Lucy's story is exciting and passionate, and the mystical/fantasy/paranormal aspect just adds another interesting layer to their already wonderful connection. I normally don't read a lot of paranormal/fantasy/sci-fi romance anymore, but I loved it here in Waiting for You. It's subtle, but ever present and as I said, just makes their story all the more intriguing. I can't wait for the conclusio...
