REVIEW: BEFORE US (NEXT GENERATION #3)

Piper knows she has to end things between her and the twins she's been having fun with. Once she had a taste of Jaron, she couldn't get enough. Oh sure, he (and she) says it's just sex, but the feelings swirling around tell a different story. Once she's ended her thing with the twins, will Jaron step up and admit to wanting more with her? Or did she ruin what she had with them for no good reason?


For a novella, this little story was A LOT! Jaron and Piper's beginning is seriously intense and moved at a really fast pace. I can see the trajectory they're on, and it's not pretty. I am hoping for something good to happen for them, though, considering what they've already gone through and they're not even officially a couple yet. Yes, there's a major cliffhanger and it drove me bonkers, but it also made me that much more excited for whatever's to come for them.


Before Us is steamy af, more than a little gritty, and Jaron and Piper are explosive together. I may have wanted to smack Jaron a few times because he was unbelievably dense at times, and his push and pull act was aggravating to say the least. Piper's got her hands full with him. But I know she's more than up to the task and I cannot wait to see how things play out with them.
