MY REVIEW
Mallory has come to Moncriano with her sister, Kelsey. The sister who, as they both found out, is not her biological sister after all. But they're sisters at heart, so who better to help her sister transition to the life of a princess than her older sister? Even if Mallory has just now finally recuperated from being shot during the events of the last story? But Mallory is unsure of her life in Moncriano. She's living in the palace, being waited on by the royal staff, and yet she's not royalty herself. So she accepts a job and thinks to herself she can be happy here away from all she loves (except her sister of the heart). Then she meets the Crown Prince, the acting King, Kelsey's biological brother himself, Christian. And he's as gorgeous as they say, definitely the playboy they say, and she finally found something that is making her life a little better in Moncriano. But in the back of her mind, she knows absolutely nothing serious can come of their flirtation, as she's not only not of royal blood, she's a commoner, and an American to boot. And Christian is set to someday marry someone chosen by the council, someone of royal blood herself, someone deemed fit to help Christian's bloodline flourish. Will Christian buck tradition and choose his love over his duty? Or will Mallory have to live out her life by her sister's side, watching as Christian marries someone else and has the family with her that she cannot physically give him?

This is sweet, sexy royal insta-love fun. Christian and Mallory's witty snark, their insane chemistry, and their sped up love all make for an entertaining, steamy story. Nothing out of the box, but I enjoyed it nonetheless.
