Chelsea Novak is the kind of fire I should stay away from.
She’s also the only kind of fire I’ve ever craved.
Instead of extinguishing her from my life, I’ve thrown gasoline.
Now we’re burning hotter and too fucking bright.
Stolen moments when we shouldn’t.
Forbidden nights that are never enough.
Illicit seconds for one more taste.
I’m taking everything I want.
Everything that isn’t mine.
The heat is blinding, making us take risks that will destroy us.
Because this love 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 destroy us.
It will consume us. Ravage us. Ruin us.
Chelsea Novak is fire.
And I’m a man ready to burn for the one woman I can never make mine.

A brand new full length standalone forbidden romance novel in the original Storm MC series.

** Gunnar is written as a standalone. You do not have to read the rest of the books in the series to read this book. **

MY REVIEW
Though Chelsea walked away from him (more than once), Gunnar (Mason) will never be over her. He may not like that she didn't pick him, but he still loves her. So when she walks back into his life, he vows not to let her get away this time. The man's as alpha as can be, and he will make sure she knows that not only is she his, but she's safe, too. That's where his club comes in. The club she needs help from, but whose backs she has too, even if they didn't know it before.

Holy smokes but Nina was on fire when she wrote Gunnar and Chelsea! Their story is so freakin' intense, so sexy, practically smoldering with their chemistry, with their brand of love. I love how much Gunnar was there for Chelsea, never, ever gave up on her, even when he was hurt and angry that she walked away. There was Storm club stuff, bathed in grit and violence, but as is always the case, there's purpose to it all, and it plays out in a fascinating way. I loved Gunnar and Chelsea, and it was so good to not only fall in love them, but to see some of my favorite bikers back on my Kindle again.

Review: Waiting for You by Kate McBrien

Review of Waiting for You by Kate McBrien Justin and Lucy are apart, but for how long? Lucy's staying with her parents, but knows she needs to get out and start living her life again. But when she gets a chance to go to London, it just may be her chance to reunite with the man whose soul has been entwined with hers for centuries upon centuries. But first, our two fated lovers will have to not only reunite, but stay together, beat the odds and the people and/or forces who are trying to keep them apart. Waiting for You is a great followup to Discovering You. Justin and Lucy's story is exciting and passionate, and the mystical/fantasy/paranormal aspect just adds another interesting layer to their already wonderful connection. I normally don't read a lot of paranormal/fantasy/sci-fi romance anymore, but I loved it here in Waiting for You. It's subtle, but ever present and as I said, just makes their story all the more intriguing. I can't wait for the conclusio...
