Cooper and Teagan are perfect for each other. He's alpha protective and can hold his own with Teagan, who may come across at first as soft and pliant, but actually is quite strong and sassy when she feels he's doing things without keeping her in the know. And that chemistry?! HOT!!! Put a former Army Ranger with skills (drumming and otherwise) together with the love of his life and what do you get?
The band is in a security bubble lately, thanks to the events of the previous two installments. None of the members is supposed to go anywhere without security agents, so when Teagan snuck out that night without her bodyguard, yeah, not so smart. But it lead her to her friend who was really all along more than just a long-time friend. And things exploded from there. Of course, other, less fun things happen after, and the overall suspense arc of this series is furthered, with no resolution. But that's OK because the epilogue is so freaking sweet. I adored Cooper and Teagan together and cannot wait for more Brooklyn Dawn shenanigans.
