MY REVIEW
Kenna's come face to face with her past, the past she never thought she'd see again. And she's not so sure she wants to, but she has to be around Hardin, the man from whom she's holding a rather important secret.
Hardin has been searching 12 long years for his first and only love, McKenna, and now that's he's found her, he's not about to let her get away from him. He wants a second chance. He wants explanations for why she disappeared on him all those years ago. And, when he sees something he never expected, he wants that too. He just has to keep her in the room long enough to hear him out, then he knows the love they still have for each other, will win out.
This is a seriously heartbreaking second chance love story. I was rooting for Mac and Hardin the whole time to get their second chance at love, and they did not disappoint. Helped along by an amazing cast of friends and loved ones, wow, I am in love with this story, the characters, and the setting. Can't wait to read more about the people of Piñon Ridge now.
