Review / Release Blitz: Limitless (Driven World) by M.A. Lee

Limitless by M.A. Lee is a sensually wicked and fast-paced contemporary romance novel written in K. Bromberg's Driven World.
Synopsis
Ryder isn't the type of guy who is used to being told no.

With wealth, a body like a Greek god, and a panty-melting smile-- Ryder seemed to have it all.

Scarlett isn't like most girls. She sees right through Ryder's charm and isn't impressed by his money and status.

At least, she pretends not to be.

After a chance encounter at The House, where Scarlett is a counselor, she brushes off Ryder and his smile. She knows the dangers of making bad decisions. Ryder becomes intrigued and obsessed with the only girl not interested in him. As he donates his time and money at The House, helping out the boys, he refuses to back down and will stop at nothing until he makes her his.
As sparks fly on and off the racetrack, Scarlett finds herself drawn to the bad boy. Will she give in to her desires or will they both get burned?

MY REVIEW
Scarlett's not about to be taken in by Skylar's panty melting charm, no way, not after having been burned by an ex of the same type before. But perhaps there's more to him than just the surface cocky smirk and gorgeous body?

I like the premise of this story and I enjoyed both Scarlett and Skylar, but I have to admit a few things took me out of the story. The main one being the dialogue and transitions were pretty clunky and awkward. I wish the author had used more apostrophes and fewer words, it just felt a bit unnatural. Still, the chemistry between playboy Skylar and sweet Scarlett is hot, and the story itself is fast-paced and entertaining.
Author Bio
M.A. Lee is the persona of a wife, mother, and coffee addict. Her love for writing began as a child and has flourished into a career as she fell in love with classic romance stories, but wanted to put her own twist on the ‘book boyfriend’ idea. You can find M.A. Lee enjoying time with her husband, kids, and dogs at her country home in Kentucky or at her many book signing events.

Review: Waiting for You by Kate McBrien

Review of Waiting for You by Kate McBrien Justin and Lucy are apart, but for how long? Lucy's staying with her parents, but knows she needs to get out and start living her life again. But when she gets a chance to go to London, it just may be her chance to reunite with the man whose soul has been entwined with hers for centuries upon centuries. But first, our two fated lovers will have to not only reunite, but stay together, beat the odds and the people and/or forces who are trying to keep them apart. Waiting for You is a great followup to Discovering You. Justin and Lucy's story is exciting and passionate, and the mystical/fantasy/paranormal aspect just adds another interesting layer to their already wonderful connection. I normally don't read a lot of paranormal/fantasy/sci-fi romance anymore, but I loved it here in Waiting for You. It's subtle, but ever present and as I said, just makes their story all the more intriguing. I can't wait for the conclusio...
