Cope hasn't been able to get the beautiful woman from the café out of his mind. Determined to make up for being an ass to her, he's lucky enough to keep running into her, even luckier that she turns out to be his new neighbor. Too bad she's a reporter. CIA operatives should never get close to a reporter, right?
This is a very worthy addition to Bromberg's Everyday Heroes world. It's sexy, it's intriguing, and the twist that came out of nowhere was a doozy. I cannot wait to read more from Heather Slade after falling in love with Ali and Cope now.
