Finn cannot believe his eyes when a gorgeous creature is hanging a painting in his building, a painting his deceased wife had ordered. For the first time since she passed, he's feeling something. Will he ever make up his mind, though, about how feels and whether he's ready for a relationship? Or is poor Veronica doomed to be yanked back and forth as his heart vacillates between wanting to pull her close and pushing her away when his fear gets the best of him?
Veronica's an artist hiding from life when she meets a gorgeous Australian and is taken for the ride of her life as he wrestles with himself and his feelings about moving on. Is it possible the two of them can heal each other? Find some happiness both deserve?
I loved Veronica and Finn! Sweet, sassy artist and walled off billionaire widower sounds like a bad combination, but here they shined once they opened themselves up to trust and to love. I hope to read a lot more love stories by this author, with the idea that they're all as good as To Want.
